The rcom franchise in yusuf sarai, delhi does not follow procedure with regards to customer service. They consistently ignored my queries and provided inaccurate information regarding verification, meeting times, and sim activation status. They are a smear on the good name of reliance communications and should not be allowed to continue to operate a franchise.
