Reliance Communications — Fraud against recharge schemes

I have just done a data pack recharge of 348 which clams to provide unlimited 2G data for 45 days and my second recharge was a talk time recharge for 220 which claims to provide 240 talktime.
This is continuous process from Reliances end they automatically deduct the whole amount within a few seconds after the recharge from my main balance without providing me the data pack. Previously they have also deducted my balances calling it a data charge when I have not even recharged for one.
Calling the customer care is like insulting oneself. Rahul a customer care executive who just took my call misbehaved as when asked to transfer the call to higher authority he simply disconnected the call. When ever you call up the customer care they only have one excuse and that is 'madam the server is down so we are unable to help you'.
