Reliance Communications — fraud by reliance distributor | |||||
I made following complaint on 24 aug'17 to reliance customer care through email & tweet but yet not received any reply. Dear concerned, Few days back somewhere in may 2017 i got a call from mobile no. [protected]. The person informed me about some attractive plan of reliance postpaid mobile connection. After mutual agreement a person came to my office and collected the required document for the connection. The same person handover a sim and charged rs 300 from me. After this i put the request for port my mobile no. [protected] from bsnl to reliance. I used the provided reliance sim in my 4g handset phone 20th june 2017 but i had not received any network so could not activate my sim. Due to my busy schedule i couldn't take the matter with concerned authority. During my busy schedule, i lost my reliance sim. On 16 aug 2017, i visited reliance store for the reissue of my lost sim there i got a shocking news that above mentioned my mobile no. [protected] is already activated and the bill of one month is also due. Whereas i had never use the reliance sim and also not made any calls for the activation. Kindly look into the matter and investigate that how the no. Got activated without any activation call. As the fraud is done by your distributor. I wanted to activate my sim on 28th aug 2017. So you are requested kindly allow the waver of outstanding amount as on date. Also take the strict action against the distributor. I can be contacted on their below mentioned contact number.
