[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Fraud by Reliance PREPAID and pathetic customer service | |||||
I have been a long loyal customer of Reliance with multiple service and different line of business. I have been facing a very hard time by reliance and its activities. I have many issues but have no evidence for the previous issues so never raised it but now it has become so frustrating and I want complete justice. There has been an auto generated service that has been activated on my account. Which keeps getting activated on its own. Some VAS service which I have never subscribed too. Reliance has a pre generated system where even if the customer doesn't want subscribe to it regenerates on its own and activates. So an amount keeps being deducted from my account, if one does not keep a track of it you will never know. If that was by a technical glitch then here is the worst of them all their illiterate customer service. Employees who have limited thinking and are extremely rude. Some of the names are SUBHAJIT MONDAL, DIPANWITA DAS, ANITA JADHAV, RAJU, RAVI and many more. Most of them are dumb!!! There is no ownership taken for a resolution to be provided. I called multiple times and every call I make I am charged for it, so I am paying for your salary and I expect professional service for the money I am paying. The system's are down so agents do not take the complaints, they keep transferring the calls or provide incorrect numbers that are not in service. When I request to speak to a manager I am denied to speak to them saying there is no manager available or we do not have the right or authority to transfer calls. When a request is put for the internal system failures for a manager to call back there is no manager or authority available at work to take a bloody ownership and be a professional. Why are such people even employed? They have still not registered a complain and given me an official complaint number and neither have they taken any action against these employees. I want to be credited for the entire amount of my balance cause my grandmother is in serious critical condition in the hospital and it is not possible for me to be running around in such emergencies. It is a matter of life and death here and people seem to be inhuman making a fool out of it. I want strict action to be taken against reliance and i want to be credited for every single minute i am charged for with the customer service and also for the harassment reliance has caused to me under such critical times and situation.
