[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Fraud deduction of mobile balance | |||
I have bought two reliance sim in my name. I have noticed multiple times that from both the number there is deduction of Rs.1/2/3/4 for no reason. Whenever I call customer care they give some excuse like “server is down, we don’t have data, there is no deduction and you are making false claim”. And I think more than Rs.1000 has been deducted in last 4-5 months with no reason. Three days back, at mid-night 1 AM I received a message saying some fun pack has been activated and Rs.5 has been deducted. In last three days from my no. there is deduction of Rs.20 even after opting out from that subscription. Hence, I am requesting you to resolve my issue and return all money that has been deducted from my mobile balance. Was this information helpful? | |||
