After a call one message appeared special offer for you that if you recharge with rs. 60 you will get rs. 70. I recharged but could get only rs. 47.8 only. The company is making/giving fraud messages. This is the way the company is cheating its customer. When i contacted customer care, i have been connected to the bpo. But after some time recorded voice come that it could not be connected. Despite contacting i have been charged rs. 1/- It is a pitiable state of affair. The company should rectify it.
