मेरे िरिलायंस के प्रीपेड मो.नं. [protected] पर कंपनी कीओर से सदेंश प्राप्त हुआ िकि आप 152 कािरिचार्ज करवा िलिया। जिस पर कंपनी आपको अनलिमिटेड लोकल और एस.टी.डी. कॉल पूरे एक महिने के लिए उपलब्ध् करवायेगी। जिस पर मेरे द्वारा िदनांक 04.02.2017 को 152 का रिचार्ज मेरे उक्त नंबर पर करवा लिया। परंतु आज दिनांक को तीन (03) दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी उक्त्5 प्लाकन एसटीडी कॉल पर कार्य नहीं कर पा रहा है। उक्त नंबर से एसटीडी कॉल करने पर ‘’इस रूट की सभी लाइने बंद है कृप्या थोडी देर बाद प्रयास करे’’ कंपनी द्वारा भ्रामक प्रचार कर मेरे साथ ठगी की है। जिससे मुझे आर्थिक और मानसिक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। Was this information helpful? | |||
