Reliance Communications — Full and Final Pending and PF Transfer not done

I was employed with Reliance Communications India Enterprise vertical as Customer Relationship Manager in Gujarat since Jan 2014 to 4th Mar 2019. My employee code was 20050909. Since then I have been in follow up with RCOM HR based out of Mumbai - Gujarat offices have closed down - however, I am not getting any revert or response from them. My Full and Final Settlement is pending for over two years. My emails and calls are not even responded to.

I am sending regular reminders for F&F calculations as well as status for my claim but no response received. Moreover, my PF for over 5 years is not yet transferred to me.
