[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Generating bills for Terminated service - Please resolve

Hi, This is Srinivas, my reliance net connect no is [protected]. I have raised few tickets[protected] and[protected] to terminate the service but they are not doing so and generating the bills for the terminated service. Please advice how to proceed. I went reliance outlet and asked them to terminate the service they asked me clear the outstanding amount, I have cleared the outstanding amount and they said the connection is terminated. But when I called the customer care service they are saying the connection is still active. Please advice what should I do and how to terminate the service and how to proceed.
