Reliance Communications — Getting bills after termination of service for reliance post paid mobile

I placed request on 14th aug 2015 for termination that is[protected] and it was terminated with settlement in reliance store on 02nd sep 2015, later again from march 2016 month i received bills even i dont have number, i given complaints so many times

They replied that your revert is in process you have to wait 48 hours

Again i am getting bills please consider my request and close the issue asap..
