[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Got Bill Even after terminated | |||
Hi, I have used the reliance dongle for more than 2 years with the No: [protected] and recently I closed the number by paying the complete amount Rs:423/- on[protected]:47 hrs and provided relevant documents and spoke with customer care folks too, to terminate the number. Everything done and they said it will be terminated within 3 to 4 days. But today, I got a bill for the peroid 14-Nov-2014 to 13-Dec-2014, Amount: Rs.248.00. I called to Customer Care folks just now i.e. 17-Dec-2014 9:30pm but they said it charged as per TRAI and said termination process will take 15days. If its 15 days why did they charged for 30days. Also, If the termination process takes 15 days then why would the customer has to pay/bare for that period which the customer is not used the service. I feel its cheating, kindly please look into it.
