[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Harassment and mislead | |||
Dear Team, This is with reference to my complaint raised on 16th May 2015 - SR No.[protected]. Complaint: Submitted Name change papers along with sufficient supporting documents wrt id proofs on 2-May2-15. Name to be changed from Abhishek Jain to Priyanka BaidStore - PG CommunicationStore executive - Mr NaveenStore Manager - Was not availableVisited store again on 16-May-2015 and was very rudely informed by the store executive that he needs additional marriage certificate as proof. Do not really understand the concept of silently watching things around for 15 long days in case of additional document requirement. Also, if such document was required, why werent we informed at the forst stage when the documents were submitted. Also, when Legal rent document along with photo id proof and photos were submitted, why do you actually require a document proof. (Had it been a transfer not between a husband and wife, how would you substantiate with other documents). Raised a complaint via call center (SR number reference cited above) - 16-May-2015 Got a complaint resolution message on 18-May-2015 I really dont know what has beenr esolved since the number is still in the same name without any resolution. Is it just that you close your complaints for the sake of it without customer satisfaction?? Received call for bill payment - 23-May-2015 Can get 2 calls per day for bill payment, but no response in case of customer service (Hard fact) Note: Please understand that I was requesting the name transfer because I had to get the bills reimbursed from my Company (It was for official purpose) I had just been moved from Hyderabad to Delhi and due to lack of my local id proofs, I had to get the number on my Husband's name. Poor case of service I would say in totality.It has been a compulsion to get only Reliance connection, otherwise would have never run across stores 5 times in a month and called call center regularly for service resolution.
