[Resolved] Reliance Communications — harassment by reliance communications | |
I have been getting emails from reliance to pay for the service that wasn't used. I used reliance netconnect for broadband services. Even after multiple emails/calls/followups to stop the broadband service/connection, they kept sending me monthly bills. I paid for a few additional months and then stopped. Now they are chasing me and sending court notices on a regular basis. I tried to connect with reliance using emails and calls but with no help or support. What action can be taken against them for mentally harassing folks like this as i am sure there are going to be many like me. Was this information helpful? | |
