[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Harassment by reliance customer care

I am not a reliance customer still I get repeated calls for many years regarding payment of bills for my friend's number ([protected]). Although her phone is always available, customer care representatives always call on my number for her bill payment. She has complaint many times earlier through phone calls and emails to stop calling me on my number but it was never stopped. To solve this problem forever, she ported her number to other mobile service company two months back. Still the phone calls are not stopped. Yesterday I received calls on my number ([protected]) from reliance customer care ( [protected]) saying legal notice has been issued against the customer for not paying the bill. They said 1400 Rs/- is due on my friends no. I contacted my friend and told her about the legal notice. When she inquired about her last bill it was only 486/- Rs. and she has not received any copy of bill on email or hard copy.
WHY the customer service agents asking to pay extra money without sending the copy of original bill??
PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! stop calling on my number. I was a reliance post-paid customer a few years back and because of irrational bills and such issues of customer care people I ported my number to other service provider and I'm so happy with the decision but your people still troubles me using different numbers... Please make them stop calling on my number. I will be highly obliged.
