[Resolved] Reliance Communications — harassment for bill payment while there's no connection since 2 months | |||
Hi, I have been getting calls from reliance team for bill payment while i do not even have their connection since 2 months. I had been using there broadband service for over 6 years and during the installation process i deposited a security money as well. My connection was discontinued on 11th june, 2017. I do have a notification with me which states my complaint for disconnection has been processed. Now, they are harassing me to pay 2 months pending bill i. E for june 2017 & july 2017. I haven't even received back my security money. I am even ready to settle the dues (If any) as per my billing cycle against my security money but they are not listening to my requests. They are instead threatening me to pay the bill which i do not even owe. Please advise. Thanks! Was this information helpful? | |||

I am nitin dengda from Mumbai mobile no-[protected]. I call many time Reliance customer care but he is not give me ans properly. he is ask me what is your issue and speak is written speech with rude ton and disconnect call.he is not resolved my any issue.what is rascal service ?

i had to pay my postpaid mobile. bill in the mth. of may.29.2017.but i receive ur customer rep. calls and they tell me that your bill amount is pending .but i payed my full and finial bill on the date off my slip no this ..
