Someone from reliance support reply to my email, i don't want the legal team to call me 100 times to make payment, first check the usage when you send me email for increased price and when bill is generated and then after 3gb o[censored]sage you disconnected the connection and i never used it. Make some sense and support the customer else in a few years you will not be in business. Mark the word.
They made outstading balange of rs 3983 and then disconnected the connection.
Now their legal team without any sense or knowledge are daily harrassing. They don't know how to speak, just asking give money give money.
First thing you lied and sold the dongle which i am throwing in dustbin because of this rude behaviour of reliance.
Second your team lied to continue the unlimited plan for 25 gb 4g without any increase in price.
Again in between you upgraded and generated the bill of 2000 and something where i used only 10 gb internet.
After i told to adjust the billing to 1149, you guys only offer 100 or 200 adjustment and created bill which is not acceptable.
Then you charged for 3gb next month and generated the bill again.
After i told i don't want to use, you keep telling pay first then you will disconnect the connection.
Now i don't want to use and you keep on calling daily for payment.
