Reliance Communications — Help me in getting money accumulated in PF account

I worked in reliance Communications between 28th June, 2004 to 29th May, 2006 in commercial department. My employee ID was 20011238 and worked in Karnataka state. I have not withdrawn the PF accumulated during the above period or later. Request you to help me in withdrawing the PF accumulation.
