[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — High bill without any reason

I am having CDMA number [protected] from last 7 years am using this number and my My plan is Rs 899/- Free outgoing call (Local+ STD), 249 5 Gb internet. Every month am paying around Rs 1300/- to 1500/- Suddenly in month of November I got the message that your bill amount is 4141/- and within a minute my outgoing facility has been disabled. I shocked without any notice or any prior message how you can stop the service? I tried many calls to get response from customer care but finally after 3 days they (Customer care) said due to roaming charge you bill is high amount? I said I didn't went outside from Maharashtra they said your card is Mumbai card so roaming is applied in Pune. Am not agree at all. 1) Am very much used to travelling form Mumbai to pune, why this charge has applied in November month? Do you have any evidence that you have informed customers prior to start charging? 2) I purchased this card from Ulhasnagar and Ulhasnagar city not coming under Mumbai cycle, How web world are Selling mumbai card in Ulhasnagar? 3) I complainant for the same and the complainant is SRNo.[protected] . to continue this complainant I got call from your department and she agreed to pay only bill amount 1380/- something but before paying she said visit to our Web world from where you purchased this card and request us for change the circle. I said am agree and will go there after 3 to 4 days because currently am in pune and immediately she close that case even I said many times don’t close your that complaint. How, without customer satisfaction how you guys close the case? I am ready to pay all valid amount which am paying every month requesting you to please take immediate action on this. And help me to resolve the issue. Appreciate you immediate solution.
