Reliance Communications — hold mobile number & service now not ready give service with my mobile no.

I am very old & regular customer to reliance suddenly hold my service. & saying my number is now cannot activate.

Got no result after complaing to customer care
Also after personel visit & calling to [protected] got no solution till date.

My number is very important to me.

Attached bill copy for details.

Please arrange to activate my mobile services it is loss to me.
