Reliance Communications — How to get my security money

I have port my Post paid mobile no. [protected] in last Apr-17 and paid all dues from my side. As this was post paid connection and security deposit of Rs. 300/-is to be refunded at the time of closing the account. I would like to know how and when I would get the amount back.
