your customer service associate has told me to visit the Reliance Mobile Store nor any solution was provided and for what reason my connection was terminate, giving the silly reasons that your will was not paid where as i have always paid bill on time I am having the prove of payment I always pay bill on time having the payment receipt.
Due to company fault i am not able to use internet,
So please wave off my bill
As is have provide all the valid proves that it was company's fault
1) Done email on from 4th, 12th may 2016, 7th June and 13th June 2016 to APPELLATE AUTHORITY and customer care
2) Provided the screenshot of data-card not working
3) Many times Complaint done at social media having the prove of that also
4) Visited at reliance mobile store (Two times email done by Ashish Patel form QADRI COMMUNICATION SERVICES )
I Having all the poof that shows it was company's fault,
So please wave off the full amount of the bill for one and a half month.
Else now I will have to move to TRAI for the complaint of Reliance.
