[Resolved] Reliance Communications — I am being forged by store manager or by reliance communication directly. | |||||
I bought a new postpaid connection 5 months ago, I paid security money for the connection and was told it will be deducted in my bills, I made full payments of my bill online every month without any delay and today when I went to the store for termination of my connection, store manager told me my security money has been deducted in my previous bills and if there is any margin money, I will get a cheque for that after 90 days of disconnection which was not told to me by anyone. I made online payments, how can my security money be deducted in previous bills if I paid full payments. Was this information helpful? | |||||
