Reliance Communications — I am complaining about NON refund of my security amount

Dear Sir

I had surrendered my landline ph[protected] last 10 months back and I had been following since many days for my amount to be refunded back but I had been said that will reccive my said amount in a limited period
but inspite of several reminders and calls no body is ready to listen and till date I have not recd my amount

Plz do let me know when can I get my amount back as RELIANCE GROUP NEVER REPLIES TO ANYTHING and I am still doubtful that my complain will be resolved.

plz do the needful ASAP

I made the payment earlier. Also i have received the receipt from reliance. after 5 days they did outgoing calls barred.

This is very much irritating.
