[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — I am constantly getting calls from so called Reliance people

Hi,
I am constantly getting calls from so called Reliance people since November'13. This is my story!

I was using RCOM 2G datacard since 2010 and never had a delinquency till I lost my data card in October'13. I have filed a request on 21/10/2013 to terminate my connection. When I contacted the same on 31/10/2013 for the status, they told me there was no complaint raised. So, I have requested them again to raise a termination request and now it is done[protected] dated 31/10/2013. I have received the bill for October'13 as 533.71/- (which is actual and normal) on 1st of November'13. I have paid and cleared the bill on 7th November, so that they will process my termination request. Then starts the story!
I have called RCOM on 06/11/2013 for the status of termination and they said it is under process and will be done soon. After I have paid bill on 07/11/2013, I have called them again on 12/11/2013 to know the status of my termination request. The CS team raised another request with[protected] dated 12/11/2013 and my connection is reactivated/ swapped/whatever it is.
I was waiting for my bill on 1st december'2013, surprisingly, I got bill for the period 01/11 to 06/11 and again from 12/11 to 30/11. From the bill, it is clear that my connection is terminated/ closed on 06/11 and reactivated on 12/11. My question is how can I use the service when I do not have the CDMA dongle with me. Ideally, I was supposed to get a pro-rata basis bill only till 06/11. I would have paid the bill if this was the case, but have been following up with these people since then to send correct bill. Suddenly, I started getting mails from Billing.[protected]@relianceada.com that it would be a legal case and so on.
Even now, I ask them send me a correct bill till 06/11/2013, I would pay for it. The below is the latest mail I got from them. Please help me proceed.

I also got similar mail from Billing.[protected]@relianceada.com and facing same issue. I have disconnected my connection 5 yearrs back but they kept on charging me. I have sent them couple of mails with details but I doubt if they are reading those mails. Really it is frustrating to see that india's top company is cheating customers.

I have sent this mail with ticket details. :

Plz fix your calculation. I have already paid all bills before leaving
Bangalore in June-2009. I had tough time using broadband services in
2009. I had created below services ticket (Ticket No : 96354572,
90239990, 90373901, 90641758, 90657378, 90856199, 90946905, 91296794,
[protected] during Jan-June 2009. My services was discontinued for more
than 1 month between Jan - June 2009. I met with your Reliance outlet
and explained them the issue. I was asked to give check of 1102.00 as
FINAL settlement as I was leaving from Bangalore on 22-June-2009. I was
not having ANY Internet connection after 22-June-2009. I have given them
check (check no : 177668 ) of Rs. 1, 102.00 as final settlement on
15/06/2009 (It was debited from my account also). I have gracefully
Closed all settlement before leaving.

Hi Manish,
Me too so frustrated of those calls and mails. For no reason, I am not willing to pay money to them. I was asking them for a correct bill, for which I am not neglecting to pay. Looks like my complaint has been posted to RCOM and they responded that they are looking into it. I will keep this post updated with latest status.

Hi Manish,
I did receive a call from Reliance person after this complaint is posted. He talked to me for more than 15-20 mins and advised me to reach out to Reliance store or the CS on their mail id. Store people said they couldn't help me on this, so sending mail to CS team for further action.

Hi RCOM,
As per your suggestion, I have been to Reliance store on 14th May, but they told me that they can't help me on the issue I had with the swaping of connection with another RSN number.
So, I have sent a mail to netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com on Thu, May 15, 2014 at 2:33 PM with the details and have been waiting since 6 days for their response, but no luck.
Can you please help me proceed. Thanks in advance!
