Reliance Communications — i have purchased 399 plan and after 1 and 1/2 month your sms come that your plan is going finished by 19 sept, may continue

I have geo no - [protected] in my name. By 16 th july 2017 i have purchased on behalf of your announcement and paid 399/- for the same, i have recd a sms on 7th sept that your geo plan expired on 7th sept at 17.04:08 hrs. And advised to recharge.
I wounder why this sms came to me, where as this plan must in activation til 16 oct. May pl confirm, for further action required to move.
