Reliance Communications — i lost my money, after recharging successfully for 150 inr and same day services stopped. not sure what happen to my money

I lost my money, after recharging successfully for 150 inr and same day services stopped. Not sure what happen to my money, they do not revert back to my account or sim made active until balance over. So this is not fare.

Assume for one customer they took 150, assume from each customer they do this they will earn crors. This is not good. Please help poor people.
