[Resolved] Reliance Communications — illegal balance deduction poor customer care service | |
I have recharged my sim card ([protected]) after 20.7.2017 with 150 rs. For top-up and 198 for data balance (1 gb/ day). My main account balance deducted by 120 rs within 3 days after recharged. Customer care centers are useless nobody can connect with customer care without his fortune. They do not have any records. They get time-pass with customer like says technical problem or i am transfer your call to my senior or call again after 2 hour. This process is running continue after 2 hour no-one can pick up your call. You want to talk with customer - care but you can not connect with customer care services. Time passes min convert to hours, hours to day and day to week. And after long time when you connect with your center they have only three day records. This is end of story. Industry grew with customer money. This is illegal way to collect money. Plz stop this type of game. Plz refund my money and clarify why balance has been deducted. Was this information helpful? | |
