I had recharged rs. 501/- for each of the above mobile nos in the first week of january 2017.
However since the past two weeks or more the local and std outgoing has been deactivated by the service provider.
Number of complaints to the customer care no and at their gallery in kalbadevi, mumbai 400002 has yielded no results and even complaint is not being registered nor complaint no given. Due to the above i am facing heavy hardships and financial losses and mental agony for which the service provider is responsible as they have collected the charges which are valid for 100 days, and the charges paid are for unlimited local and std calls to all network
The common statement by their representative is network problem but for how long? And why collect charges if service can not be provided?
I shall request you to kindly ask the service provider to reactivate the std and local calls and also provide me compensation, as i reserve my right to file a consumer case against reliance communications for their illegal action
