Dear reliance customer care,
My mobile number is [protected] (Jalsa 599 plan). I have been using same number for more than 3 years. I was extremely disappointed to notice inclusion of advance rent of rs.618 in my bill for 18.6.17 to 19.7.17. Customer care told that this issue would be resolved in my next bill but in vain. This has really concerned me as i have been a loyal customer of reliance services for considerable period in this volatile competitive era. My total bill for same period was rs.1487.51/-. I paid an amount of rs.900/- with in time limit. The customer care had told me that this remaining amount of rs.587/- would not be included in the next bill and any excess amount would be adjusted in the next bill. To my horror, even the next bill for duration of 18.07.17 to 17.08.17 had inclusion of this arrear of rs.587/- without any adjustment of excess amount paid last month. This is contrary to what i was assured by the customer care team.
I hope that reliance customer care would be taking note of the issue as mentioned and would be able to resolve same at the earliest.
