Reliance Communications — incomplete credit 3G data pack within stipulated time | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I paid Rs 156/- for 1 GB of 3G data on 7th May 2014. I was credited 512 MB of data within 2 hours. When contacted the customer care called and informed me that it is the policy of Reliance to credit remaining 50% data of data pack within 48 hours. However, even after repeated emails to Reliance, I was not credited the data within 48 hours of my payment. The remaining 512 MB data was finally credited to my Reliance GSM number on 31st May 2014, after 27 days and this data pack was to expire on 5th June, meaning I was getting to use the 1st 512 MB data for 24 days and remaining 512 MB for only 6 days. I emailed to Reliance Appellate Authority on 4th June 2014. Finally the concerned authority got the time to respond today on 9th June 2014 informing that Reliance cannot take action on my LOSS. Reliance had been my choice o[censored]sing 3G Internet because of the cheaper data packs compared to other service providers. I seem to have lost faith with Reliance now because of inefficiency of data credit system leading to loss to customers and customers stand to loss more than gain from the cheaper data packs of Reliance.
