I had taken one connection from reliance mobile store sector 37 chandigarh . The lady by the name monika updated wrong address, due to which my connection got disconnected. I spoke to the branch manager harish he behaved rudely and said you please call monika...300 rs security was taken from me for which receipt was not issued, when i asked for it she said it cant be given as all papers have gone to mumbai, whenever i ask for it she says server is down, please look into the matter urgently.
