I want to complain about the invalid balance deduction from my main balance by reliance communications. I had recharged Rs.98 in my reliance number on 1st august 2016, which I use both in mobile as well as in data card (dongle). With this recharge, I got 1 GB Your 3G Fairusage Net balance, which is valid till today, that is, 4th august 2016. I was using this balance smoothly until last night. The problem arose today.
This morning, I sent an SMS (Mbal to 55333) to check my data balance & found that there was still 440 MB balance remaining in my fairusage balance, but instead of deducting from 3G fairusage balance, my data balance was being deducted from main balance when I checked my main balance. I had Rs.32 in my main balance until this morning (before connecting to internet from data card) & then I had only Rs.5 in my main balance when I started using internet from my data card this morning, since the data balance was already deducted from my main balance.
The problem with reliance is that they have separate numbers for data card and mobile customers. So, if one has to use a sim in both mobile as well as in data card, he faces these kind of problems. And one cannot use
Since I had recharged for using internet in my data card, so I contacted the customer care number of data card (*355). After talking to their 4 customer care representatives, the 4th one told me that no balance was deducted from main balance on their end & told me to contact the mobile customer care.
When I contacted their mobile customer care (on 198), they told me that my 3G data balance was finished last night at 2 am. That's why they had deducted data balance from my main balance. But as I said, it was showing 440 MB 3G fairusage balance this morning (see pic attached). So when I can see my data balance, why can't they? This is how they fool a customer, by showing false details? This is the third time I am facing this issue. So I decided to file a complaint this time.
All I am requesting them is to refund me the balance which they have deducted, or I'll have to move this complaint to higher authorities.

I couldn't attach that I had Rs.32 as main balance, because I didn't knew that I will face this problem. When my internet connection in data card was being disconnected after remaining connected for few seconds, & when it happened for 4-5 times continuously, then I checked my main balance.
