[Resolved] Reliance Communications — incorrect billing | |||||
My latest reliance gsm ([protected]) bill shows that the monthly rental is inr 1100.69, whereas as per my active bill plan monthly rental was inr 499. How come this 1100.69 plan got active? There was neither any plan change request from my end or any intimation from reliance related to the change of plan. I have raised several complaints through telecalling and email ([protected]@relianceada.com) as well. But no response till date. Was this information helpful? | |||||
