Sir/Ma'am, My reliance no. is [protected].I had bought Internet pack of 27 rupees, 150 MB for 7 days.Though the pack has been activated, I am not able to use Internet and other applications like WhatsApp and Viber.Moreover money is being cut from my core balance.Already 15 rupees have been cut from my core balance and none of the customer care nos. mentioned on your website are responding, in spite of repeated attempts.It has caused a lot of inconvenience to me.I request you to look into the matter and take immediate actions as soon as possible.
