[Resolved] Reliance Communications — inflated bill

On 3rd July 2015 had visited Reliance office at Sanjay Place Agra to change my mobile connection from post paid to prepaid as I have got another connection from my company. At Reliance office the lady made me speak to somebody sitting in Lucknow office and he insisted me not to get my connection changed but I should change my postpaid plan in which there will be no rental charged only usage will be charged but to my surprise I am billed for more than Rs 1600 whereas i used to get billed not more than 600=00.
