[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Installation of broadband and landline phone

We called for a connection for a landline and broadband services on 12.8.2016. However due to the long weekend they said nothing could be done and we would be contacted later.
On Monday 15.08.2016 we got a call from Manoj regarding the same and were told he would come on Wednesday and do the needful. On asking he informed us that the connections would be done by Friday or Saturday at the latest.
We requested and asked him also to be transparent about the connection as we needed it urgently. Incase it wasn't possible in the stipulated time then we would opt for another company. To which he assured us prompt service.
Wednesday 17.08.2016 all the formalities and payment was completed and we were told that on Saturday at the latest the connection would be done.
On Saturday we had to make numerous calls to Mr Parvesh ([protected]) which went unanswered.
Finally when we got to speak to him from another number he said that the connection would happen only on Monday 22.08.2016 now. To which we requested where as I think I'm entitled to the service after I've opted to take it and paid for it to please please make sure it happens and is again not postponed. There is a medical emergency in our house due to which this urgency was conveyed.
As expected our calls again went unanswered Today till we called from another number. Now we are told it might take another 2 days. We asked for a seniors number to speak to which he would just not give. Mr Parvesh is insolent and absolutely unhelpful.
Why does Reliance commit if it does not have the means to fulfill.
I am one of the many customers who is dissatisfied and disappointed with your services and the staff.
Kindly return my cheques as you do not have the ability to perform.
I am looking after my seriously medically unwell husband and do not have the time to run behind your unprofessional, rude and ill informed executives.
Extremely disappointed with reliance and more so with the staff employed.
