We would like to inform you that, we have migrated to you from aircel with reference to above said mobile no with two other mobile nos, all stand in the name of “crystal perfect binders", one month before on the promise made by your representatives that 100 free sms for one month along with other free packs under the scheme of “jalsaunltd_299n”.
However, to our shock and surprise, the first invoice sent by you for the mobile no. [protected], sms was charged exorbitantly to the tune of rs. 559.50. When i contacted your customer care through “198”, one of the attender informed me that international sms was charged for the said mobile no. I immediately checked the message records of my mobile, which clearly indicates that no international sms was sent from the above said mobile no. I again called the customer care and my complaint was registered and service request no.[protected] was issued by sms.
Hence, i hereby request you to rectify the above said mistakes in order to continue with reliance and send me updated/corrected invoice.
