[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Internet balance | |||
I have recharged my no. on 8th Aug 2016 for 3G data. I checked my offer before on *129#. I was supposed to get 2GB 3G data. But when I recharged I got only 1.75GB data. The same day I made complain on customer care. She registered my compliant (complain n:[protected]saying that this will be resolved within 4 days i.e by 12th of August 2016. But after complaining again and again on 16th August they sent message saying that problem resolved. But when I checked my balance still same. I asked customer care for this, now they are saying you are supposed to get only 1.75 GB net. I said them about the offer. Now they are not considering. I want my data back as soon as possible. Sep 26, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved They contacted me and after listening all the problems which I faced they have credited the same in my number. But again they have done something in my number that I am not able to contact customer care with my number. I have to call customer care with another reliance number. I asked them to resolve this also. But they hve not done any thing regarding this.
