[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Internet Connection Issue | |||||
We have purchased Reliance Connection 2 weeks before. We gave 1500 rupees to Reliance boy(Rupesh[protected]. I have also attached receipt of 1500 rupees. Rupesh told us 1000 Rs for advance rent and 500 for new Installation. Reliance technicians came and setup after few days but they didn't install new lines, they attached broadband with my landline[protected] old connection. So, why installation fee 500 was taken? At the time of installation, technician wont be able to setup the modem and somehow he managed to start and then he said register a complain in Reliance that Modem is not working properly and he left. After that when we connect to Internet, we will not be able to get proper speed. Customer care says it takes 2 days to update your data in system. Once it is updated, you will get proper speed. After 30 minutes, we will have to switch off the Reliance Modem and switch on to connect Reliance Portal. I have also attached screenshots of My Plan, Modem Capacity and Actual Internet Speed. Total Complains registered with Reliance with Service Request [protected] on 27th Oct, 2016 - Automatically Resolved [protected] on 6th Nov, 2016 - Automatically Resolved [protected] on 8th Nov, 2016 - Automatically Resolved [protected] on 10th No, 2016 - In Process, and it will be Automatically Resolved tomorrow My Reliance User Id :[protected] My Contact No : [protected] We do not want to continue with your service as from last 2 weeks we are suffering a lot due to Reliance Poor responses.
