[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Internet connection not working for 10 days

I am using your connection for long time but this time my internet connection not working for 10 days I tried to call you call centre so many times but they are not responding I have visited your local Ahmedabad office and met Mr.Ramand he told me he cant do anything as his senior is not taking interest in this matter I have asked for contact number of his senior Mr.Sunil Patel (M.[protected]) he gave me. After that I try to call him i made atleaset 50 calls but none he responded I am very disappointed with the level of service you are providing I request you to please solve my problem asap and do needful
