[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Internet data deducted

My phone number [protected]. I was not able to use Internet since 10 feb so i complained it on 18 feb...it was not resolved and on 19 feb my net balance and my main balance of 206 rupees deducted.

Then i recharge of 197rs of 25 feb and i used 85mb but all net balance is deducted on 5 march when i call they dn't listen...no registered my complaint
