Reliance Communications — internet dongle with data connection | |||
Please note that only around 4 months back 2 of reliance officer came to me and and delivered one d-link 3g modem/router with the connection and took rs 2500/- for a plan 450/-. The same day he called me over phone and requested to take 750/- plan for better service, i accepted that also. But sorry to inform you that it was working at kolkata and while carrying out of kolkata then simply it became non functioning. Several time i contacted customer care but no solution received. Then i changed my plan to 450/-. Faced same problem. Then i requested customer care for discontinue my connection. The phone no of the officer who came to my house was [protected]. While contacted him then he told me to talk s k ghosh ([protected]), he added mr rajib on line, who surprisingly advised unless you choose the higher data plan it will not work. Then i asked when the dongol was sold to me why this was not told to me? He then replied you go to the with an application for disconnection and adjust security money rs 300 with your unpaid bill. Then i asked what will happen of my dongol for which you charge 2200/-? Unfortunately no reply. I hope this is a case of clear cheating with customer. My question to you is when a customer spend rs 2500 for internet use then is it possible to surrender the same within 4 months time. My data card no is [protected].
