[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Internet Excess Bill without even using | |
I have been using Reliance Internet for more than 3 to 4 years without any problem paying around Rs900/-per month for unlimited usage but after the 4G Wi-Pod installation to my surprise I received a bill of 2026/- I filled a complain #[protected] and expected a response but did not receive one. Called the toll free # butno response.The toll free number when called will always disconnect the call which is very bad customer service. Thus I cancelled my Internet connection today(13/09/16) after paying Rs.4163/- of my hardearned money even without using the Internet all throughout last month because the connection was disconnected. I am sorry to note that I feel cheated of my money and the right to atleast listen to my complain being attended to Please do the needful, atleast I did love to hear from You Was this information helpful? | |
