[Resolved] Reliance Communications — internet services offline for 21 days effectively, c care no. unresponsive and full bill generated | |||||
Internet services has been offline since 24th aug 2017, (21 days effectively), since then i have been relentlessly trying to register complaint by calling c care toll free[protected] with no response from the other side and also by online portal on "myservices. Relianceada.com", with a error msg for each attempt. Also i sent numerous mail requesting for call back to "'[protected]@relianceada.com'; '[protected]@relianceada.com'".
