[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Internet speed and customer care people not responding | |
I have Data Card [protected] but net speed is very slow and few month back i have complaint this problem to customer care person but he is saying due to technical issue speed is not good also saying you can disconnect is data card for temporary basis but i have continued this data card with the hope that issue will resolve after few days and paid all bill on time spite of net problem but my last bill was delayed only one day and they charge 100 rs late fee and denied to wave off it and saying my senior is not available all the time . and net problem is remaining the same some time not only speed problem but also net is not connected should i disconnect this data card or switch to another company kindly suggest me.
