[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Irresponsibility of customer care representative and cheating of balance deduction

My Name is Raaj kumar residing in Tamil Nadu, My reliance mobile number is [protected] and from which I made a call to my friend called Muthuraj and his number is [protected] which is a local Indian Tamil Nadu circle, for this local call the reliance has debited me Indian Rupeers 50/- just for 21 secs, I can provide my call history, To resolve this issue I contacted the 198 complaint number and Mr Selvam Representative for reliance attended the phone and talking harshly and badly to me, he is telling that this is an International call and we won't do refund and used worst words with me, So I asked him to connect to the superior authority, but they made me wait in the call line for more than half an hour, still then they didn't connect me to the superiors,

I am so much disappointed with Reliance, I am regular customer of reliance for more than 5 years, besides that they have cheated me, I need a truthful justice, Please help me and refund me the amount
