[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Irresponsive customer care

My Subscriber ID is[protected] and connection is in the name of B K EKANATHESWARA. Im mailing u in regards to Waiver for the period 05/02/2016 to 16/02/2016 (12 Days)

I would like to inform u that my internet connection was not working for the period 05/02/2016 to 16/02/2016. In this regards i have made couple of calls and have registered couple of complaints also. Please go thru my complaint nos:

1.[protected] Dt 05/02/2016 [closed on 07/02/2016 - Issue not solved]
2.[protected] Dt 07/02/2016 [closed on 09/02/2016 - Issue not solved]
3.[protected] Dt 09/02/2016 [closed on 11/02/2016 - Issue not solved]
4.[protected] Dt 11/02/2016 [closed on 15/02/2016 - Issue not solved]
5.[protected] Dt 15/02/2016 [closed on 16/02/2016 - Finally the issue is solved]

6.[protected] Dt 17/02/2016 [called to claim for waiver - closed on 18/02/2016]
7.[protected] Dt 18/02/2016 [closed on 19/02/2016]

I would feel very regret to tell this that Customer Care Support team is of completely no use. There is no support to us (The Customer's) in regards to any complaint we give. This is not the first time i have come under such a situation. Im a customer of yours for the past 5 yrs i guess. Whenever we call to the customer care to register a complaint, the complaint gets closed without even confirming it from us to confirm weather the issue has been solved or not. They are least bothered about the issue being resolved, they just want the complaint to be closed within 2 days. Even if we call back to the customer care and ask why the complaint has been closed prior to resolving the issue, every time we get the same reason telling " SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED " and they tell us that the complaint has been closed by the back end team. Is it not necessary for the back end team to contact us to confirm weather the problem is been solved or not before closing the issue. They never do. Its ridiculous.

I sincerely request you to please go thru the above mentioned complaints which i had registered on 05/02/2016 to 18/02/2016.

1. On 05/02/2016 i call to the customer care to register a complaint because my Internet Connection was not working. But alas, the complaint gets closed on 07/02/2016. The problem was not solved at all. Still my internet connection was not working.

2. Again on 07/02/2016 i call to customer care to register a complaint. Again, as usual the complaint gets closed on 09/02/2016 prior resolving the issue.

3. On 09/02/2016 i call back to the customer care to register a complaint. Superb, the complaint gets closed on 11/02/2016 without solving the issue. Hats off to you guys. U guys rock. What a timeline. Every two days the complaints gets closed even though the problem is solved or not.

4. On 11/02/2016 fed up with the customer care i call to the Applet Authority hoping they would help me in this regards. But, as usual again the complaint gets closed on 15/02/2016. I was totally blank now. Whom to ask for help now.

5. On 15/02/2016 i again called up Applet Authority to register a complaint. " Thank god the issue was solved on 16/02/2016 "

Now my concern is...

1. Why is the complaint getting closed without solving the issue nor contacting the customer ?

I would request you to please go thru all my calls i have made to the customer care. Every time i call to the customer care i request them not to close the complaint without contacting me. But every time they used to close the complaint without contacting me.

I sincerely request you to please advise your back end team to contact us (The customer's) before closing any complaint.

Picture abhi baaki yeh sir...

1. Now, since it took 12 days to solve the issue (05/02/2016 to 16/02/2016) i called on 17/02/2016 to claim for a waiver. But as usual the complaint gets closed on 18/02/2016.

2. On 18/02/2016 i call back to the customer care to claim for a waiver. But again the complaint has been closed today (19/02/2016). I now completely loosed my patience to call back to the customer care for the support.

1. I sincerely request you to please refund me the amount for the period 05/02/2016 to 16/02/2016 for which my internet connection was not working.

2. I sincerely request you to please go thru all my calls made during 05/02/2016 to 16/02/2016 so that in future it does not repeats.

3. I sincerely request you to please advise your back end team to call back the customers before closing any complaint.

4. Finally, I request you to please go thru my mail and respond me in regards to this issue.
