Reliance Communications — Issuance of Bills without connection and without availing services of reliance data card | |||
Respected Sir/Madam I took wireless internet connection of reliance netconnect+ on 7th May 2012. its number is [protected] with account no.[protected]. Since its activation, the connection is faulty and was disconnecting frequently. even though, I continued your service patiently and I was never a defaulter of any of your bill payments. I am an honest customer/consumer with every institution I transact with. Atlast on 27th January 2014 the connection was completely gone. Unable to maintain the faulty net connection, i called your customer care and requested them repeatedly to terminate the service immediately. But they persuaded me to continue, promising me free plan for the affected period. trusting them, I didn't pay the bill and my connection is terminated and i am asked to pay two months' bills accumulated with penalty, totalling Rs.1, 885/-. As the entire fault is on your side and not on my side, I would request you to kindly waive off the bills worth Rs.1, 885/-. Kindly help me and let me out of this problem. yours sincerely T.
