Dear Team What this issue without any information data balance is charging when I switch off data card it is disconnecting both data sims cards and also i this issue when i spoken to customer namely:Mr:SWASHAN : he is not responding properly when i said to deactivate the pack saying that we don't have any authorized with us and also saying that waste of time, If do it We will disconnect the call with out any information's and its a Waste of time After disconnected call when i start using data also charging from another service sim card and deactivate the data card which is added in the sim make it as soons as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||
