[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Issue of roaming and poor customer service | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have recharged my reliance GSM No [protected] with roaming pack Rs 43, money paid but service was not activated, then . again I recharged the no with Rs 36, yet the service is not activated, then, again I did top up of Rs 50 after this my incoming and outgoing resumed but roaming service is still not activated. I tried to contact your service centre with *333 and 198 but it is not getting connected to your customer care service centre. Kindly, resume my roaming services or return my money.
